Raw Red Cabbage-Cauliflower Tabule

"I like big bowls and I can not lie."

Refreshing, super light and "big bowls free pass" for happiness. This raw salad is full of dietary fibers, vitamins and antioxidants and is so easy to make that will make you second guess my memory status. Don't. I never forget food, I can still remember some meals I had when I visited Canada almost 20 years ago.

You will need a good knife or a food processor to speed up the magic.


  • ½ medium cauliflower

  • ½ small red cabbage

  • 1 big cucumber

  • 1 big onion

  • 1 cup of mint leaves

  • 1 squeezed lemon

  • 2 medium tomatos

  • Salt, pepper and apple vinegar

Show me the magic:

  1. Take your food processor, give it a kiss and thanks the Universe for its existence. Grab your knife, chop the raw cauliflower and red cabbage in smaller pieces, process in the food processor until it has become a thick crumble. Leave it aside in a big bowl.

  2. Dice the cucumber, tomato, mint leaves and onion in small pieces, combine with cabbage and cauliflower, mix it well, season with lemon, salt, pepper and apple vinegar.

  3. DONE!
